How do i remove a headlamp from a 2003 ford transit? ?

I am trying to replace a headlamp bulb on the offside of my transit. But it's impossible to get your hand down inside to sort this. So the best thing appears to be to try to remove the actual headlamp casing. How is this done? I've managed to remove the top retaining bolt but the casing isn't moving.
