how can i fix my Hoover toploader model750L serial number 24822008?

The blue wire is the neutral wire and goes on the end of the timer where the other blue neutral wires are. The brown (live or phase) wire usually goes on a terminal marked A but your timer may have different markings. What terminals are empty and what is the letter or number next to those terminals? Check the plastic coating on the wire usually the letter or number is also marked on the wire next to the spade terminal. Match it up with the same terminal on the timer.
