Replacing L shaped bracket in bobbin case area?

I have a Singer Stylis 478 sewing machine. I had problems with the bobbin case area and I decided to take it apart, but I had to wait for a part and now I forget how to put together. The one part is an L shaped bracket I think the part # 189-819. And there is another part that I think it goes on top and there are 4 screws. One with a sort of washer. Can you help me.
