Mend Hotpoint Weeks Freezer

Warm refridgerator. Hotpoint fridge/freezer frost free?

Every 2/3 weeks I have to remove back of freezer to steam ice/frost off cooling coils. The fridge dept works fine afterwards- for a while! Whats the cause please?
