how can I fix my washer Matsui MWM145W ?

After loading with washing, adding detergents, selecting programme and spin speed and then pressing the start button, nothing happens!

The "ready light" is illuminated, the "program end light" is not

I have checked and cleaned the water inlet filter and the pump filter ( lots of evil smelling water discharged here).

What else can I do?
