how can i fix my samsung washing machine modle SW75V9W?

hi I have just replaced the pump on my Samsung washing machine,now when I turn it on it pumps the water out as it is trying to fill the pump is on all through the wash cycle,how can I re-set the pump or fix this problem,i am wondering if there is a re-set code I can use it is a 7.5kg model SW75V9W Samsung washing machine.
