Mend Stannah 300 Bought Working

how to fix a stair lift?

I recently bought a stannah 300 it was working be fore I dismantled it but now I fitted it in my mother inlaws house from the charger there is no power Ivbe checked the fuses and they seem to be ok any ideas anybody what could be the problem
