Mend Samsung RS20CCMS Temperature Appliance

My fridge won't stay cold, but freezer works fine!?

I have a Samsung Model RS20CCMS, freezer working fine, fridge shows 20 on the temp, if I try and reduce this it says the door is open when it is shut and then it goes straight back to 20, my food is going bad!
