conditioner draw is full of water?

Remove the dispenser drawer and you will see a syphon tube which will probably be clogged up with fabric conditioner, give this a good clean out using a cotton bud and hot water. Next time you add conditioner dilute it first as the conditioner clogs the tube up when added neat.
