Mend Hotpoint WD61 Water Tray Cycle

Hotpoint WD61 fabric conditioner tray full of water at end of cycle?

Water remains in the fabric conditioner tray within the soap draw on my Hotpoint WD61 washing machine at the end of each cycle. This is a new problem and the machine never used to do this before. I can't see any immediate blockages within the soap draw.

What sort of thing can cause this and where should I be looking?

Take the soap draw out and clean it. It gets blocked just behind the fabric conditioner part.
To get the soap draw out push down on the middle pleace of plastic and pull whole draw out.
