how can i fix the 75-ohm chassis-mount?

how can i fix the 75-ohm cable hook up on my sharp 13vt-j100 it came off while moving it and i cant get it back on.

i usually put the old part back in & solder everyting in place, works out being better than factory, but it is difficult to do & takes me about 45min to 1h to do. the easiest way is to simply replace the complete tuner.
