Mend Sharp LE19R8 Picture Lcd Tv

loss of picture?

My model No.LE19R8 LCD TV which was purchased on 11th February 2008 We are finding that the picture goes off but the sound is retained this happens after the TV has been on for 15 - 30 mins and we find by switching off at the mains plug and waiting a few minutes then switching on again the picture returns and will go for another 15 - 30 mins. Please advise.

Look very carfully at the screen, if you can see a very faint image, the backlight has a problem, various ways to fix, but usual is change the pcb or lamp
