Mend Miele W460 Machine Mid Cycle

my meile w460 washing machine has gone dead?

My Meile W460 washing machine stopped mid cycle and nothing is working. No lights are on and the door release button does not open the door. I have checked the fuse and socket but both are fine. Any ideas as to how to mend?
