pasenger window doesn't work properly?

I have a Renault Magane Privilege 54 reg. The passenger window behind the driver will only go down no matter which way you push the button. This said the window control on the drivers door will only make it go up no matter which way you push it.

Any ideas what this can be and how to fix it.
