Mend Morphy Richards Jet Steam

Hi I have morphy Richards jet steam ?

Once it have steam blocked but somehow I fix it (by removing tube and gave the pressure now it's cured
But now other problem is its wont come off stand by mode
Don't give green light and do not steam
Anyone knows ??
How to fix it??
