F32650 RCA Only chirps when plugged in?

My RCA F32650 tv (4 years old) will only emit a high pitch squeal when it is plugged in. It was working fine yesterday.

you most likely have a bad flyback part is typically around $75 to 100.00. it could also be a short in the power supply, but i suspect the flyback transformer.
