We have a micra n tec first reg sept 2010. when we bought it last year the milage was 37,297 it is now 41,890. given the low milage this year, should the fault on the bushes not have been picked up on the first mot? one of the rear tyres which are low profile, has also failed why would only one fail and not both rear tyres?
Thank you for taking the time to explain this to me, its much appreciated.

Your question is kind of irrelevant, the MOT tester will not be bothered what was or wasn`t wrong last MOT,the current one is what counts and it is his/her name against it, as for wear/fault on one tyre it may be a side wall cut/tread damage, and does not matter whether one side is worn before another, could be down to driving habits/lack of maintenance but what is certain if they are not repaired then no MOT.
