How can I tell if my car is what it claims to be?

Hi, I `m not sure how to ask this question, I have recently bought a 06 Ford Mondeo 1.8 Zetec and I`m wondering if it really is a Zetec. I previously had a T reg 1999 Mk 2 mondeo Zetec which was fitted with traction control,
Inside there was a dimmer switch for the dash lights and a spoiler was fitted to the hatch. My 06 model have none of these features, not even ESP and I`m now wondering if I`ve bought a lower spec with a Zetec badge stuck on it, How can I tell what I`ve bought before I go back to the dealer.
