My rads are heating when I try to fill a bath?

When I turn my hot water on to fill a bath my radiator heats up

If it is an old system (not a combi-boiler) the bathroom radiator will heat up with only the hot water switched on,it is meant to.You do want a nice warm bathroom and towels.
