Mend Renault RT 1.6 Megane Alarm

renault megane RT 1.6 alarm?

Hi my renault megane RT 1.6 alarm does not disable nor do the doors unlock with the electronic key, when i open car manually the alarm goes off...how can i disable the alarm to allow me to manually open the car without the alarm sounding?

i some times have the same problem i have spoke to a few people and they are all say you need to go to renault but renault say they wont do you have to have computer test to find fault which will cost £23.00.
