my bosch avantixx 6 washing machine is flashing f21?

If still checking this page Donna, f21 is worn brushes in the motor replace them and to reset the f21 code.... close the door, turn timer dial to position 8 going clockwise, hold in the spin speed button whilst turning dial to position 9 let go of spin speed button and return dial to off position. I think it is worn carbon brushes in the motor but even if it is and you change them the fault code does not automatically extinguish. there is a set procedure of pushing the dials and buttons to reset the fault code, I can't remember what it is and Bosch won't tell you, it secures a job for their own engineers!
