Mend Bosch W1359 Water System Drained

heater will not ignite?

I have a Bosch W1359 LPG water heater which was new last year.It has not been used for 6 months. Our water system was drained off and was all switched off. Everything is now back on and new batteries have been installed.water is flowing through but the pilot light is not igniting. Please can you help.
