beeps 15 times and shuts off- model W5?

We have been using our stove for 2 years and all of the sudden it starting beeping and shut off. Tried reset button, tipping model, and cleaning.
We turn on and lights up and runs for few secounds- when you turn on heat- it beeps 15 times and shuts off.
Any idea's.
