Mend Linea 28 Still Wont Ideas

Iv replaced thermistor and still getting 07 and won't reset?? Any ideas??

We were getting 07 fault on a linea 28 so we replaced the primary thermistor, it's still locking out with same code but now won't reset just streight to 07???
