Mend Linea 24 Temperature Hot Water Fluctuating

Linea 24 water running hot/cold hot/cold?

When running a bath, the hot water tap runs hot cold, hot cold. To run a bath that is warm enough to get into, I have to run the tap very slowly. Any ideas, the tap never runs a constant temp? Thanks.
