Mend Linea Max Heating Control Board Hot Water

Heating stops working on Linea Max?

Heating just refuses to work unless the motorized valve head is removed. So far have changed: both thermistors, the control board twice in the last month, the diverter valve head, but still have the same problem.
The power to the diverter valve head only works consistently on hot water terminals.
