Mend Glow-worm Optimax HE PLUS 38 C Boiler Pressure Heating

Pressure problems with Optimax HE PLUS 38 C?

The pressure keeps rising even with the filling loop removed and blanked off. Can drain down to 1Bar and over the next 4 to 6 hours or so the pressure will build up to 3 Bar and I will start the process again.
I have changed the diverter valve but the problem is still there.

thank you very much for your reply suggesting that it may be a problem with the expansion tank. i would be grateful if you could give more information about this and perhaps include a link where i can download more information. could the problem be with the domestic hot water plate heat exchange unit. perhaps it is has started to break down and allowing water into the system. i would very grateful if you would respond to this email. many thanks anthony march.

Problem is expession tank is not holding pressure need to pump air as required refer to manual ,pump air with system empty. Download on line if have not What ever technical on tank
