breville TECHnique digital steam iron?

you gave me the iron named above as a gift as i burnt my wrist on one of your irons because it blew up whilst i was using it. the breville technique you sent me is the best iron ive ever had. im sorry to say this iron has stopped working after giving off a burning smell that set off my smoke detectors. i have written to you several weeks ago but have had no reply. can i get it fixed and where
