How can I fix my Triton T30i hand wash unit pressure?

As I turn the temperature gauge up, I lose the water pressure. What is causing this and how would I fix it?

Thats how it works the dial slows the water down allowing it to heat up more,if it only dribbles at the right temperature it could be the spray plate is missing or its the wrong one
