Mend PL11 Replacing Mains Light

Replacing isolation transformer in mains desk light pls?

I have a desk light (240V/11W flourescent PL11, I believe. The transformer has gone open circuit. Please, where might I obtain one, and is it just a matter of soldering the wires on. Many thanks. Colin M
