beko Fridge Freezer problem?

My BEKO Fridge Freezer has stopped working it started making a rumbling noise which seemed to quieten down when we made sure it was levelled, however it started to frost up. I unplugged and defrosted for 48 hours but now although the noise has stopped the Fridge Freezer still does not work. It actually freezes food in the bottom half and doesn't keep food cold in the top half and my Freezer is exactly the same warm in the top half freezing in the bottom half.
I suspect the Fan has gone and is not distributing the cold air around.
