Wmf940 won't fill up with water ?

My washing machine was full ov water with my washing still in n red light door lock was still on I followed a few steps off line empty my filter emptied my pipe and pulled on green thing to open door got my washing out and door locked straight away again so I tried to do a wash with nothing in washer and it won't fill up with water now ?
