sounds like you have a blockage some where . firstly check the out let pipe especially if it is connected to the trap under the sink, look on the front of wm usually just below the door ,is there a inspection hatch ?if there is behind this you will find the filter housing ,this will have to be removed and inspected/cleaned.if you don't have this cover you will have to remove the lower part of the back panel on the rear of the machine to gain access to the pump. you will see a black rubber pipe coming from the drum onto the pump .squeeze the securing clip together and remove the rubber pipe where it joins onto the pump,in there you will find a filter and you can see if anything is blocking the pump .you might want to first try empting wm manually .try lowering the outlet pipe into a bowl,or better still can you drag wm to an outside door . if you are certain that you have cleared all blockages and you can turn pump freely by hand and it still doesn't empty, then it looks like you will have to replace the pump ,test it first if you have a multimeter.
