Mend HEC 1050W Machine Working Red Light

HEC washing machine has stopped working - advice?

Re. our HEC 1050W machine (1 year old). Red light started to flicker & the door didn't open - we re-booted it, drained it - but now NONE of the cycles work - not even a spin: the drum just keeps going round-&-back, with no water flow into the drum - HELP please! Thank you!
