Mend Brother DCP-J125 Printing Printer Print

Fixing a printing fault?

I have a Brother all-in-one printer model DCP-J125 and when I try to print an e-mail attachment, the finished article has some of the width missing. I have tried to change the % setting but this makes no difference. Any ideas what I can do to get this thing 'back to normal'?
