a authorized brother repair dealer says that it requires
a new printer head ..$80.00 part
where can i purchase this for less and/or should
request the part from brother since this is a know
mfg defect in this product
Brother will honour the repair for this error for 2 years from date of purchase. The fault is not entirely manufacturer related, as it is also caused if incorrect ink is used, if it is switched off for a time and so on.
