Mend Newlec NL200TN Turn Mains Work

how can i fix my Newlec NL200TN?

My newlec heater will turn on for a minute or so, then will click and turn off. I have to turn it off by the mains and wait until I hear it click again for it to work for another minute, any ideas?????
