Washing machine keeps on tripping electric?

or,get and engineer to test a,the heater,b the motor for low insulation,c,the drain pump,befroe you send pcb away and pay for nothing ,most common fault if fuse or rccd tripping is low insulation in heater or carbon dust build up in motor both can be tested very easy using a megger ,as some electrician friend(if you have one)to test the machine
