My washing machine keeps tripping my electric, it won't drain the water out?

My washing machine keeps tripping my electric, it won't drain the water out with clothes in. But it will without on drain function. I then tried to do a short cycle with no clothes and it was fine. Then I thought I would put the wet clothes in again and sure enough it tripped my electrics it's not even a large load. My machine is a Bosch exxcel max 2 years old washer dryer
