Anything can be fixed,would make sure your connections are good at the tank unit,it might be worthwhile also getting it onto a relevant Merc computer,Texa may be worth a go also where gauges can be tested and this eliminates faults with ecu`s,and wiring to the guage and the guage itself which narrows it down back to your tank unit.Modern motors aren`t as simple as they once were.
