How to fix my 28i RSF boiler?

I recently moved to new house. I noticed a small leaking from the discharge pipe initially.
But now Water is flowing from the discharge pipe continuously.
its flowing even if I turn off power and water connection until the pressure gauge is .5

Center heating and hot water is working.

Pressure gauge bar normally showing 3.2 to 3.6.

Please advice
