Morphy Richards Jet Stream Elite 42278 Iron works but have no steam??

I have been using this iron for a few years now and change the water filter regularly now the iron works but when I press the steam button I can't get steam. I have tried pressing the reset button behind the water tank, without success.
Can anyone advise please??
