How do I fix a Hoover Dust Manager to make it stay in upright position?
My aged mother has a Hoover Dust Manager Cyclonic 1800w. It does not pick because the brush bar is not rotating but I think I can fix that. Also it will not lock in the upright position. Presumably a catch is broken. Has anyone come across this?
