vauxhall vectra 1.9 cdti 8v wont start?

it is difficult to determine your fault but would start at the basics and make sure your filters are clean and up to date,check any fuel pipes in and around your engine compartment for chaffing/wear and drawing air and as is with just about every fault like this a suitable computer for a look at faults etc stored.
