Mend Vauxhall Astra Mk4 1.7 CDTI Wont Start

astra wont start?

My astra 1.7 cdti 2005 mk 4 is hard to start. The other day i changed the fuel filter oil filter air filter and oil but now it is very hard to start from cold its as if the fuel is not getting up to the filter/engine. Once it starts it run fine but when you stop the engine the longer it is left the harder it is to start?
