Mend Water Pipe Manually

how can i fix my dishwasher?

my dishwasher is draining water but doesnt seem to be taking it in, the water intake pipe is clear and water runs through it freely if i disconnect it, also if i put water in it manually it is heating it up but none of the spinners or sprayers are working, the drainage pipe is also clear is this a fix i can do at home easily?? please help!!
