Mend Sabre HE35 Combi Boiler Heating System Red Light

Sabre he35 combi boiler wont fire up just red light?

Hi i hope someone can help my boiler is 18 months old.i have just added to more rads to system.after refilling system and getting all air the boiler will not fir up just solid red light no fan or pump running.can anyone please point me in the right direction
