Bissell Proheat wont spray water on floor?

How can I get my bissell proheat to spray water on floor? It still sucks up water. The tool sprays and sucks just fine. Any ideas?

Did you get a response from anyone? Having the same problem but only with spraying from the main water tank to rinse. Think there may be a fault with the button on the handle not activating whatever pushes the connection under the tank to release the water. Think something must push upwards which lets the water out, but this isn't happening !
