It may be the heater is blocked or the pump is duff. If you get water from the wand its more likely the heater or solenoid.

rear of T piece to Wand
centre of T to front connection of pump
body of pump motor to vac tube square shape on right hand side
top of pump to vac tube square shape on right hand side
rear of pump to left of mix selector
right of mix selector feed twin from tank
feed from solution tank to T piece on mix selector valves
