Mend Nissan Primstar Starting Fuel Bulb

How can I fix my Nissan?

Hi I have a Nissan primstar that will start but not rev up. It will sometimes rev up after starting if you squeeze the fuel bulb. I have replaced with new fuel pipes and bulb, replaced fuel filter and checked throttle pedal sensor.
